By accessing or using WTX Labs services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

WTX Labs provides web development, IT consulting, and digital transformation services. Specific terms for individual projects are outlined in separate service agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in work products created by WTX Labs remain with the client upon full payment. WTX Labs retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

4. Payment Terms

• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Work may be suspended for overdue accounts

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship.

6. Limitation of Liability

WTX Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
