One tag on the website you already have
Paste a single script tag onto your existing site — WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, hand-written HTML, it does not matter — and your live Planning Center data renders in your own fonts and colors. Eight embeds, one tag, one price. It is not a website builder, and it does not replace Church Center.
We're still finishing this one. All eight embeds are built and running against live Planning Center data, but Sync isn't open to everyone yet — we're taking a small number of churches on early. If it sounds like what you've been wanting, get on the list and we'll come to you first.

Every church website goes stale the same way
Not because anyone stopped caring. Because the information lives in two places. A group changes its meeting night in Planning Center, and now the website is wrong until somebody remembers to go change it there too.
So the calendar drifts. The groups page lists a study that ended last spring. The sermon page still tops out at three weeks ago. Eventually your staff stops trusting the site enough to point people at it — which is the real cost, and it is a lot more expensive than the site was.
The fix is not more discipline, and it is not a new website. It is entering things once.

You connect your Planning Center account and see every embed running on your real data, in your own fonts and colors. Not a template screenshot, not sample content. You can sit on this indefinitely without paying and without entering a card.
Paste one tag onto the site you already have
WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, hand-written HTML — it does not matter. One script tag, then each embed goes wherever you want it. There is no site to rebuild and no page builder to learn, because you keep the website you already have.
Subscribe to publish it live
The subscription is what makes the tag work on your live site. From then on your team keeps working in Planning Center exactly as they do now, and the website follows within about fifteen minutes.

What it deliberately does not do
If you have been burned by a plugin before, this is the part worth reading.
It never touches money
Giving hands off to the Planning Center and Stripe setup you already have. No card details ever reach this product, and there is no payment form of ours anywhere in the flow.
It is fifteen minutes, not instant
The sync runs on a fifteen-minute cycle. Planning Center offers no webhooks at all for Registrations and only a room-request workflow for Calendar, so nobody can do instant across the whole catalog. Fifteen minutes is honest, and it is still fast.
Planning Center serves the forms, not us
Forms and giving open in Planning Center's own popup over your page — so your visitor is never bounced to another site, and answers go to Planning Center directly. We deliberately removed native submission: their API has no anonymous submit, so every visitor would have created or merged a person record in your database.
It reads only what it needs
It never reads your general people roster, donor records, individual check-ins, or anything else about identifiable members. Only the eight things above, and only where you already marked them public.
It adds no weight to your site
Zero web fonts, zero frameworks. It renders in a shadow root, so it cannot fight your stylesheet and your stylesheet cannot break it.
It does not replace Church Center
Church Center is good, and most churches on Planning Center use it. This complements it: Church Center is where people transact, and this is what keeps your own website current.

There is one plan and it includes all eight embeds. No setup fee, no charge to remove branding, and you cancel yourself from a self-serve portal. Free to preview on your real data for as long as you like — the subscription is what makes the tag work on your live site.
Worth being precise about: $19 a month buys the syncing, not a website. If you want us to build or rebuild the site the embeds sit on, that is separate work and we quote it separately.

If your groups, calendar, sermons, and forms already live in Planning Center Online, and you have a site you are broadly happy with, this is the shortest path to the two of them agreeing. You keep your website, your platform, and your design.
