How We Work

Most technology problems are not what they appear to be at first. We take the time to understand before we recommend — and we see it through to the end.

We Observe & Listen

Before recommending anything, we take time to understand your business, your team, and the problem you are actually trying to solve.

We Figure It Out

No predetermined answers. We assess your situation and identify the right solution — even when there is no existing playbook.

We Build It

We do not hand you a strategy deck and walk away. We implement, integrate, and deliver working solutions.

We Make It Better

Technology is not a one-and-done event. We stick around to refine, improve, and keep things running as your needs evolve.

What's the X?

In math and in code, X is the unknown — the variable you solve for. That's the whole job. You bring the problem; we find the X and build the fix. (The Labs part is where the solving happens.)

What clients say

Three industries. The same thing said three different ways.

  • "I have had the pleasure of working with Mike for nearly two decades, and I can honestly say that I have always been extremely happy with his work. Over the years, he has consistently been knowledgeable, dependable, and up to date on current guidelines and best practices for healthcare websites. … After nearly 20 years, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mike to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust. You will not be disappointed!"

They're responsive, easy to work with, and always willing to help when we need it. We really appreciate the relationship and highly recommend them!"

  • "Mike Fisher has been a godsend to my business! I've lost track of how many times I messed up the site he built. Every time, without issue or hesitation, he fixed the problem. Then he would patiently show me how not to make that mistake again. With his expertise, I expanded my online reach by 50%. He made easy what for me would have been not only hard, but impossible. Fabulous to work with!"

Three things we've built more than once

Most of our work is custom. These three are not — they're specific, repeatable offerings we've refined enough to put a name on.

Your Planning Center data, on your own pages

One script tag on the website you already have — WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, hand-written HTML — and your live Planning Center data renders in your own fonts and colors. Eight embeds covering registrations, calendar, groups, sermons, forms, giving, announcements, and setlists, updating within about fifteen minutes. Not a website builder, and not a replacement for Church Center.

See how it works

Getting off the system that is holding you back

We move you off the system that is holding you back and onto the one built for how you actually work. That means auditing what you have, mapping and cleaning the data, moving it without losing history, and training your team on the other side. Our flagship case is churches migrating off legacy church management software onto Planning Center Online.
