Sign in once with Planning Center and every app is a click away. One bill for your church, one page to decide who on your staff can use what, and a switcher that moves you between apps in a moment. Give each person a role in each app (Viewer, Manager or Admin) and change it whenever you need to.

Your Planning Center data, live on your own website

One script tag on the website you already have — WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, hand-written HTML — and your live Planning Center data renders in your own fonts and colors. Eight embeds covering registrations, calendar, groups, sermons, forms, giving, announcements, and setlists, updating within about fifteen minutes. Not a website builder, and not a replacement for Church Center.

Know every volunteer is cleared to serve

Every volunteer's background check and child-safety training on one calm screen, starting from who is actually serving, so no one slips through because they never had a check. Shield opens on what needs doing this week, shows who serves before Sunday without a clearance, keeps a dated record you can print for your board, looks two years ahead at rescans, and reads the checks your screening provider records in Planning Center without ever changing anything there.

So nothing slips through your Planning Center

Tend checks your Planning Center every night and tells your staff what to fix first: people your emails can’t reach, first-time guests with nothing since, likely duplicates, records that break your own rules, admin access that should have been removed, and forms, lists and groups that have gone stale. Leadership gets engagement figures they can check and a ready-to-print monthly report. Read-only, and it stores facts, not identity.
